Over the next few weeks i am going to do a little series. The month that spent at home was wonderful and i found during that time that i am very thankful for many things. Over the next few blogs i am going to write about a few of those things.
So this time i want to start with a member of my family. My Dad. I was blessed to be able to spend more time with him than i usually do while i am home. We had a good 'ol time. Going to dinner at Clara's Pizza, watching Super Stars of Dance, going Line Dancing, IHOP and hanging out before and after his surgery. It seems simple, but when you are only around for such little time - every moment counts.
My Dad is a wonderful man who has always supported me in everything that i do. Even when i have messed up or it seems crazy like traveling around the world. I am blessed with an amazing earthly father...it helps me understand how our heavenly Father is so much more amazing.
So Dad if you read this, thanks for a great time the past month...i am thankful for you! Thanks for letting me gallivant all around the world - your prayers are heard and God honors you for trusting Him.
Readers by the way: my dad can cut a mean rug, best line dancer i know!
Until next time...learn a line dance...
